We all struggle when a loved one passes away. It is a difficult time and one where we may need additional support from those who are also experiencing overwhelming grief.

Betrayal Trauma Healing

Partners groups are a vital part of the Capstone Sexual Recovery & Transformation program. The discovery of sexual betrayal is a traumatic experience. The pain and devastation of betrayal is overwhelming.  Intimate partners can get well, regardless of what the individual with problematic sexual behavior in their life chooses to do.  Betrayal trauma groups for partners provide a safe place for the grieving process and healing to take place.

On the Blog: How Can You Overcome Betrayal Trauma and Regain a Connection in your Relationship?

The community of partners and the work with trained specialists develop the foundation of healing for partners who have felt the pain of betrayal. These groups provide a support network to begin the journey of healing from sexual betrayal, trauma, and the impact on your family. These groups provide a safe place for your personal healing and growth.

Sexual Integrity

When you start the journey of recovery and transformation, there are feelings of fear, shame, anxiety, and depression. Feeling isolated, not knowing what to say or do, and being worried about the future are common emotions. The feelings of shame may make you feel that you are “the only one” and that “nobody could be as bad as me.” You are not alone! Most start this journey with these false beliefs and quickly discover that their experience is common among men who struggle with sexual integrity. Once you take that “first step” you will be amazed at how quickly your journey of healing can begin.

The groups for men provide a safe, confidential setting in which men can get to the root causes of sexual acting out. The focus is on developing a safe community in which healing can take place. Groups provide therapy, support, relationships, and accountability. Capstone Sexual Recovery & Transformation groups lay a foundation for a long-term healing process.

This group helps in maintaining ongoing relationships and extending the journey of healing. Staying connected is a vital part of healing an intimacy disorder like sexual addiction. In a sexually saturated culture, temptations and triggers never go away. It’s important to have a safe place to come process and share as you maintain sexual integrity. Weekly meetings are available to men who have completed a sexual integrity group for men or a comparable men’s intensive. Men who attend this group have shared repeatedly how this group has enabled them to maintain sobriety on an ongoing basis.

"What is Next?"

W.I.N. groups are a safe place where men can be men and grow individually as well as together in brotherhood. These groups are led by Jason Bussey, Certified Life Coach and Clinical Mental Health Counselor.
